YOGA BEATS (VINYASA)

A combination of yoga with awesome tunes that will help you find your happy place. Each week we will have a super fun playlist that will help us get lost in the moment. It could be anything from the latest funky beats to songs from your younger days, songs you may be ashamed to admit you L-O-V-E!

 

The class is suited to all levels with options for those who have never seen a yoga mat, to those who handstand on the regular. Most importantly we will aim to have a lot of fun! Small classes - book in early.

FAQ'S
 

DO I NEED TO BOOK BEFORE CLASS?
Yes, it is best to book before arriving, to book these classes call, text 0422 283 389 or email Jess directly.

EATING PRIOR TO PRACTICE
Try to eat only a light meal within the 2 hours prior to your practice, a full stomach will feel uncomfortable in the body as its trying to digest food while moving through your poses.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Please BYO mat, water and a towel. We do have mats available for hire at $2.00 each per class.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE BEFORE CLASS?
The space will be open 15-20 minutes prior to practice, we advise you arrive 5-10 minutes before the class to comfortably sign in and get a good spot, the door will close right on time.
